Re:Exec Update 0.4 Released

Hi everyone!
Been a minute, huh?
Well here is the first patch for Re:Exec! There's still a bunch to do that has been requested but you gotta start somewhere!
This Update polishes up the Lighting, improves performance, makes some general visual tweaks and also adds in more options and some bugfixes!
-MAC, LINUX AND WEBGL WILL BE UPDATED SOON-

What's to come in the near Future? (not in any specific order)
1. Sensitivity option - a highly requested feature
2. Advanced Graphics options - enables more in-depth tweaking like disabling motion blur for example
3. Level selection - Let's you select what level you want to play if you've unlocked them already.
4. More Maps!
5. Better tutorial - current one's not quite straight forward to be quite frank. Could really use some improvements
6. General improvements to gameplay, UI, performance and more!
